This is the WORST experience I've ever had at a salon!
I went in with blonde hair asking for it to be coloured to a light ashy brown. I came out with bright ginger hair! I told the stylist (Joan) at the time that I didn't like the colour so I went back a day later for them to fix it. She made it so much worse. Its now even brighter red!
I asked to speak with the owner, Stacey, but she never returned my call. I instead spoke with Kathryn who is the rudest person I've ever met. She had the nerve to tell me that I wouldn't look good with brown hair, even though I just wanted to go back to my original colour. She wouldn't listen to anything I had to say and even argued me saying that my hair was in fact brown and not red!
The staff is made up of extremely rude and unprofessional girls. The owner herself didn't have the decency to talk with me personally. They would not fix my hair, and I couldn't even get a refund. Do yourself a favour and save your money!
