I absolutely love the office staff and medical assistants. They are always so kind and sweet. I originally saw PAC Tom and he was great. He left and I was put with Mike. He was also great, compassionate and caring. Apparently poor Mike had an emergency and is off for a while. I had to go see Pam and she is by far the rudest woman I have ever met. I have been a compliant patient for over 2 years and she treated me horrible. I left in tears. She wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. I've never felt so belittled and treated so unfairly by someone who should be an advocate for me and my care. I have begun searching for a new pain management practice as I've heard Mike won't be back for 3-4 months. I just can't deal with that horribly rude woman until then.
