These people are incompetent and stupid! Don't go there. I needed an MRI for my knee and gave them the doctor and fax number to send the results to. They said they do it "automatically." After three days they my doctor called and said they had not received the results. I called and they said they would send it "by noon." Two days later still not sent. Finally I went there. After having difficulty finding me in the system the records person showed me that the results had been sent--to the wrong doctor! I have no idea how they got this doctor. I then said, "give me the results" and I personally faxed them to my doctor. They also charged me $182 despite the fact that I have insurance coverage. Stay away.
