Do not buy MAC Cosmetics at the airport! They do not accept exchanges or refunds. I was on my way to San Francisco and was delighted to see a MAC store in LAS airport because I forgot my MAC powder at home. I went in, told the make-up artist that I wanted a studio fix powder plus foundation NC42, paid for my purchase, went to my departure gate and sat down while I waited for my flight. That's when I saw that I was given the wrong powder color. The make-up artist gave me an NC45 instead of NC42. I hurried back to exchange it, however, I was informed that there's no exchange or refund policy. I checked my receipt and it didn't say anything about a no exchange, no refund policy; nor was there anything around that store that says it either. I explained to them that it was their mistake but they said they couldn't help me because of that strict airport-MAC policy. I even talked to a manager and she informed me that every store has different policies about exchanges and returns and this particular store doesn't do refunds or exchanges. She also informed me that I may not be able to exchange or return it to other stores if it's bought at the airport. So this is a warning to all consumers not to buy at any MAC stores at the airport. I'm so pissed!!!
