I probably should have read everyone's reviews on this company because I had the same issues they ALL did. I gave in thinking they are really ADT but they are not. They withhold information to get you to purchase. I was told over the phone that it would be 27.99 if I had a landline so I got one! The installer came to the house did his installation. When it came time for me to sign the contract I see it says $53.99 I declined signing and told him that is not what I was told. He said if i use the landline robbers can cut that line from outside and It wouldn't matter. obviously I do not feel that safe anymore. I was also given the worst attitude after because I told him that is what i wanted. He was literally angry and told me that I pay more for cable and why wouldnt i spend that much which is none of his business. I continued to be nice because I didnt want any issues. He wouldn't budge the man was MAD.I was also told that will cancel out the warranty on all the equipment. I contacted this company 3 times now for a manager call back. Its been weeks STILL no manager. Do not purchase from this company. They are dishonest and truly do no care.
