Red Lobsters will always remain on my low budget seafood places because it's just the quality! Once you eat at 5 star seafood restaurants like Mastros Ocean Club, and then eat at red lobsters then you will understand where I'm coming from! Not to come off snobby or anything but bottom line I just don't ever have great experiences here! My mom for whatever reason loved Red Lobsters and selected this location for her birthday lunch! First hiccup was the Caesar salad that came out with the wilted lettuce, Second was the steak that I ordered with the whole surf and turf new dish my waiter recommended. The steak was ordered medium and came out WELL and dry, Third I asked for cheese on my baked potato and it came out with three strings of cheese? Smh don't believe me look T the pics attached! Management got involved and addressed my concerns accordingly hut geeze it was a train wreck. This experience validated my initial issues I stated in the beginning and is the reason I don't come here.
