ZERO STARS.According to the AM manager, his location doesn't accept Groupon. No where on the Groupon does it state this;I've used Groupon there in the past. He said only "east valley" locations accept the coupon.Sorry excuse for a manager---he said he could do nothing about it. I reminded him he was the MANAGER and indeed he could; he refused. HORRIBLE customer service! Not to mention, when I arrived, there was one lady in line and was obviously irritated because her presence wasn't acknowledged. One employee was taking orders from the drive-thru, another was in the back and the MANAGER was in front, next to the cashier, doing something with cups, while there are two people in line. I wasn't acknowledged either. A simple, "I'll be with you in a moment" would have been the appropriate dialogue. I was in line for approximately 3-4 minutes before he even acknowledged the woman in front of me. I will NEVER visit this location again.
