I went in to mississauga location for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Booked my appointment 10days advance. And when i get there the receptionist asked me to choose the colors. I told her that i would like french on my hands and toes. 10 min later my esthetician comes out from the room to tell me that they dont have time to do my french pedicure because i didnt tell them on the phone I want french. Like seriously. I mean how am i suppose to know 10 days in advance if i would wanna get french or not. Honestly i am so disappointed by your service. Its ridiculous. I thought this was a high end customer service oriented spa. The spa was empty when i got here and empty when i left.
Suggestion: dont book back to back if you donot have enough staff.
