My fiance and I have been to several different escape rooms, and this is BY FAR the best in the Scottsdale/Tempe/Phoenix area. The two gentlemen that run the place are so kind are enthusiastic about their establishment. They act as though they actually ENJOY their jobs, and have asked us for our feedback each time we completed a room. Aside from the service, the rooms are far better than other escape rooms in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe areas. The technology is much more advanced (I think one of the owners is an electrical engineer) and flow of the clues actually makes sense, but is still very challenging. The ONLY critique (and I mean only!) is that the way they give hints is through a radio of some kind, and not through written clues on a TV screen like other places. The quality of the sound coming from this system was sometimes poor and hard to understand. (I would also prefer that they give out clues when they recognize we are struggling, instead of waiting for us to ask for help.)
