I stayed here for 4 nights when I was in town for a wedding and I probably won't stay here again. Service is hit and miss. We had some staff really helpful, and others looked like they were closet serial killers. I shared a double room with 2 other friends and the beds were TINY. Note, it is 2 doubles, not queens. After sharing a bed the first night, we got a cot and that worked out a lot better. Our toilets had troubles flushing all 4 nights though. So each night, they gave us a key to another room nearby so we could use the restroom. On the second to last night, they suggested we change rooms. This was not an options since we were at a wedding until 12am and were too tired to pack up all our stuff and move to another room, just to check out in the morning. By the end of our stay, we had accumulated tons of keys. To compensate us for our troubles, they did deduct $20 from one night, and then completely comp'd another night. In the end, our bill was only $260. The weird thing about this hotel is that is has an indoor pool, right smack in the middle of the hotel... it's open so anyone in their rooms on the inside of hotel can look into the pool... it's hard to describe but it's a really strange set up. Highlight: - Housekeepers were really nice - TONS of free parking - Walking distance from Crocker Park, a nice outdoor mall where you can pretty much get anything... groceries, sporting goods, clothes, cosmetics. - Sufficient dining options within walking distance
