This is the very first restaurant I dined at while in Vegas; we went on a Monday night around 8pm and while there was a 30-45 min wait for outdoor dining, there was no wait time for inside (so of course, being starved from traveling, we opted for the quickest way). They start you out with very tasty crusty bread and butter and a coleslaw-type salad which is very refreshing. I ordered a special lemon tarragon halibut which was fantastic, and my friend ordered a salad with salmon and citrus (she said that it was very delicious with a nice large portion of salmon). Our waiter was very attentive and my water glass was refilled very quickly.....I will definitely eat here again, as I REALLY want to try the steak, and hopefully next time I will be able to sit outside and watch the fountain show @ the Bellagio :)
