This company was sent out by Whirlpool warranty to fix my cooktop. After Miss misdiagnosing the problem and spending 3 months of replacing random parts to no avail because the technician didn't know what was wrong. Whirlpool finally sent out a competent company that was able to get my cooktop fixed. Unfortunately, spent 3 months with a brand new broken cooktop. Now I have a problem with my oven, whirlpool assigns them to come out again. This time I couldn't even get past their poor customer service for them to come out and look at it, I've already contacted whirlpool told them to find me another repair company. I've had two experiences with Code Red, one with poor quality of their technicians, the other with severely poor customer service in the office. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
