Wow!! I can't believe the review I read from Jan 2, 2018 from Alan P and I'm appalled by what I'm reading. This customer has definitely taken things to far. It first started with actuations of pinching his puppy's nipple with the dog clip, to using a non shampoo being unacceptable, which is only for smell and finally making a statement about the owner being in Australia. The owner, including his employees take great vacations, as they should!!! Any vacations taken are well deserved, please don't let that review discourage your judgement, try them out you WILL NOT be disappointed, Kris, Quentin, Sara, Chrissy are the BEST!!!! My boxers go there for daycare and boarding and have never had any issues. The most important thing about the Golden Bone, your son or daughter are treated as such, they are loved and this group treats your kid as their own. They are closely watched, unlike other boarding resorts. (I will not name)
