Not really happy at this store. Been going here for 20++ years but I think it's time to look for another lao store. I rang up a few items to about 5 dollars so I tried to pay for it with a debit card( keep in mind that there is a sign above the register that says "$10 minimum for all debit/credit cards OR there will be a $.75 surcharge), the store owner said that she can't do the transaction due to the total isn't above $10. Then she suggested that I buy more items so it will add up to $10 or more. So I asked her " so You're saying that I can't purchase these items with my debit card unless it's $10 and up?"She replied,"no, it has to be at lease $10 worth if item or I won't make money". During this time I been looking at that sign and looking at her. I understand that there is a $10 minimum charge but I ALSO know that I can purchase items under the minimum charge for a surcharge of $.75. For me,the extra $5 isn't the issue, the issue is that she would turn down a sale if it doesn't reach the minimum or maybe she's trying to upsell some of the items that she has. But anyhow, I just felt disappointed in this store.
