I have mixed feelings about this place, I'd give it a 3.5 but rounded it down because the cons outweigh the pros.
The place is more of a dinner/bar place, but also opens for brunch. Because of that the inside is really dim, which wasn't a huge problem but just for brunch time they should really lighten up the place.
Workers were nice, they were patient in waiting for our friend who was running late and in general friendly.
The food was very tasty, at least for me, I really liked my French toast and the maple butter. Sweet and creamy. But charging $12.65 for a piece of bread with some butter, no matter how tasty, is pushing it a tiny bit too much. Portion is small and wasn't very filling, especially for a brunch.
My friend ordered granola with yogurt and fruit, and that became the laughing stock of our meal 'cause the portion is TINY for a $9 dish. It was served on a plate, not a bowl, and there was like 2mm thickness to the layer of yogurt.
My other friend's arctic char with avocado turned out to be the most value and also tasty, coming at $16, but even that's pushing it given the portion.
It doesn't cost much to add some hash browns or some fruits to the side of these dishes. Just a bit more to make it tasty AND filling would make this experience worth it but it unfortunately wasn't.
They do have really nice napkins though.
