I have been going to this place for 2 years. Currently, they have new management and I do not like the new manager. All the nail tech people are nice especially the lady Jackie (I believe that is her name), the manager ruined my experience. She will not honor my student discount and stated that you can only use student discount once. This did not make any sense to me as well as it was NOT stated in writing anywhere. Instead of informing me in a nice way, she was completely rude to me. I will not be coming back. They can keep their loyalty membership.
