I was shaking slush off my IPhone, when I accidentally threw my phone down.
I brought it to tech heroes for repair.
They weren't real optimistic about the repair, as it wasn't testing out correctly. They told me they might be able to fix it. They gave me a modest price for parts and labor.
They also told me if they couldn't fix it there would be no charge.
They worked on it immediately, but the new part didn't fix the problem. So they removed it and put my phone back together.
They buy used phones but didn't want mine because it couldn't be repaired.
I actually found great comfort in this despite now needing a new phone.
These people have integrity. I hope I don't need to visit them again, but if I need repair I'm coming back here.
