These stars are for Roger Armstrong the lead plumber, who is amazing and he makes this company what it is. My sewer line broke and he was thorough, responsive, honest, true to his word and provided stellar service. Took photos and videos throughout. His team went above and beyond.
When I called the office however to ask for an itemized invoice I was told that would not be possible. I asked to speak to the manager Richard, who repeated that the company could not provide the invoice. He was also rude, unprofessional, and did not indicate any appreciation for my business.
If I had spoken to Richard first, you can bet that I would have called another plumbing company.
That was surprising after spending more than 7K on their service. Not to worry though because Roger took care of it in a cinch.
I am thankful I found Roger who takes pride in his work and his team, but if he wasn't working with this company, I would have gone elsewhere. Have Roger work on your service, otherwise I would not recommend.
