I'm with Deb F., I didn't want to give any stars either, but you have to. If you need to use Poco Verde Landscaping for your project, please reconsider your choice. I didn't have a choice because they were the company that our developer uses for landscaping/irrigation. Since my wife and I moved into our new house on Aug. 21, I had to have them come out and repair a broken valve manifold. Now, our developer does the scheduling and it took three times to get them to come out. The first two wasn't that they were late, but they were NO SHOWS in the time frame. The third time they finally made it. Now, I asked that they come out and look at the front yard that not only is the tree they planted looks like it is dying but it looks like there is a broken irrigation line. I also turned off the controller to System Off yet it stills water. Controller must be faulty. Anyway our developer scheduled them for this morning Nov. 16th between, 8-12. Guess what? They never showed up. Totally unacceptable. Again, if you need a landscaper, think again before choosing Poco Verde Landscaping. It's just not right for a business to operate like this making clients wait and wait and never show up. Thank you listening.
