I'm not really sure what to say here. Why is he posting that he received a call asking for $2,000 to remove the review? Why would someone call him to remove a review about him?
After I posted the review, Rob text me that he was in a car accident and in the hospital so that's why he never made it to my appointment. He said he couldn't contact me since he is owner and sole employee and in the hospital with a concussion. I thanked him for his follow up -- that I personally think was only because of my Yelp review.
Still doesn't change the fact that I was in a hard place where I had no one to clean my carpet on a holiday weekend. Maybe Rob does a great job cleaning carpets, I contacted him for a quote since he had so many great reviews, but he didn't show up and now him behavior with extortion accusations is just a little unsettling.
