What an amazing little bakery right off the freeway. My husband and I first discovered Peridot a few years ago when we ordered some chocolate gemmes from Tiffany. They're pretty much homemade circular twix candies and so much more amazing. Since then we've ordered outstanding cakes from there as well. They have phenomenal cupcakes, we just tried the pistachio almond ones which were so light and fluffy. They make the most amazing seven layer bars in the universe. Honestly, you'll wake up in the middle of the night craving 1...or 20. Whatever. Don't judge me. All in all, a lovely bakery owned by a lovely lady. Go there. Now. Stop reading this, get in your car and go. You won't be disappointed.
