Greyhound use to be such a great company but it's gone so far downhill. Now it's just a trash company with trash drivers that usually don't give a damn about most of their passengers. Most of their buses are gross and half the amenities don't even work! If you have a full bus in the early morning, as a driver, you shouldn't let ghetto ratchet people talk super loud and curse constantly when 90% of your passengers are sleep. Then when someone tells them to shhh and keep it down, you should have their back and agree. Not just tell the complaining passages that the ghetto loud ones are allowed to talk if they want. So disrespectful and rude on both parties. Last time I was on another bus the driver said all conversations especially on the phone has to be in a whispering voice. Greyhound needs to take notes. Seriously!
