I visited this store on a mission for a sofa. They seemed to have some pretty decent stuff and I found one that I really liked. After finding the sofa I had to go on a second mission to find a salesperson to assist me. When I arrived there had been two staff members near the entrance whom I had walked past atleast half dozen times as I browsed the store. Neither bothered to say a word to me throughout my time there. Instead of going back to the entrance to ask for their assistance (obviously they weren't interested in making a sale so why bother) I went to the rear of the store where there was a long unmarked counter (I still don't know what this area was for) with multiple people behind who seemed to be doing absolutely nothing (just saying). One of the ladies greeted me and I told her that I was interested in a sofa and its delivery options. She seemed annoyed (maybe not with me, I dunno) and asked "...didn't someone greet you when you came in?" Nope. Another person walked up behind her and she nonchalantly gestured and said "he'll help you". This guy again asked "so no one greeted you when you came in?" Sure didn't. He was apologetic and very nice. However, the sofa that I wanted would not be available for 4 wks. Huh?! Why?! The way that it was explained was that the company underestimated the popularity of the item and simply didn't have any in stock. Ooookay, but 4 wks, really??? For an off-the-shelf/non-custom item? That seemed a bit unreasonable to me so I ended up shopping elsewhere. Also the experience with the disinterested sales staff somewhat influenced my decision.
