Worst business ever!!! I can't even dignify this place with 1 star. My heater has been broken for over 3 weeks in the coldest months of the year. This is highly unacceptable. They sent out a technician who was not only completely incompetent, but also never even addressed my problem to the company. He never ordered the part, and I'm still without heat since 2014. They also have failed to return my phone calls on more than one occasion. This place should be examined by the BBB immediately.
