Won't buy a car here again! Purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue in Feb. 2015 and was told by the salesman and the financing mgr. that I had two years of free oil changes. I'm told today that I am out of oil changes and there's "nothing we can do." Apparently on the 20 pieces of paper I signed when I bought this lame car, it says I get four free oil changes and now that my salesman no longer works there nor my service rep, I'm out and "that's unfortunate that it wasn't explained correctly but we can't give you the free oil changes."
When I called last week and spoke to a man in service, he told me that "you car only needs an oil change once a year so you're good."
Buy a car somewhere else!
