The owner of this salon is B****!! She works her employees 6 days a week and treats them terribly. She can hardly crack a smile with her fake Chanel sh**. They make appointments and book the books completely and move people around. The employees are not happy but people go here because they have nowhere else to go. The turnover is so high that every time you go they have shores a new nail technician. I feel bad for the people who work here. She doesn't deserves an ounce of support in the community.
I would recommended visiting a different nail salon in Scottsdale who are more kind professional and simply better at what they do.
I will be reporting to her BBB as she is not practicing go business her to her employees and her patrons.
