Bialy's Bagels has been said to be the best in Cleveland, or the best outside NYC. I am going to one up that and say that the bagels themselves are better than any in NYC. Of course you can't get a shmere, or any deli stock (well, there is that cooler full of pop, oj, and Philadelphia Cream Cheese near the door) but the bagels are that good. PERFECT. In the summer the door to the parking lot is left open all night. Stop by at 4a.m. or 5a.m. and your in for a hot treat. Pretzel, Mishmash, egg. They are all good.
