The room had a TV not working and plug sockets that were not working. After engineering fixed the TV, the sockets needed an electrician that couldn't come for a couple days. I asked for an upgrade after being offered an increased price at check in for an upgrade. The manager would not give us this upgraded room but offered the same room. I was disappointed to not be given an upgrade after having several issues with a room that was not in working order. The "best she could do" was offer a similar room. The gym doesn't open until 6:00 and I waited as they were late to open. I would stay on the strip with better accommodations and customer service for the price.
