Order the tasting menu. Period.
Sushi Samba is as the name implies, a mix of Japanese and Brazillian style cooking. Odd combo or marriage in heaven? This place was amazing. We had been meaning to come here every time we were in Vegas but missed out. Our mistake!
The servers ask you for allergies, food preferences, etc. and tailor the tastings based on that. One of our group is a pescatarian, so they brought extra seafood to that side and less land animals.
I cannot remember all of the food that was presented, nor did my eyes and stomach allow me to take pictures of it. I just dove in (along with the rest of the party).
My absolute favorites were the ceviche taco and the fish skewers. I don't remember the type of fish but it was so perfectly marinated and cooked. There was wagyu beef gyoza and other items, but those stood out the most. When we thought we couldn't eat anymore, they brought out rolls of fresh sushi. Who says no to sushi?
Then it followed with incredible chocolate desserts and this ice cream one with popcorn. It was a sugary blur in my memory but extremely delicious.
I would definitely come back here and recommend this place!
