If I could give zero stars I would.
Friday night they held my debit card as my tab was open. I forgot it there overnight.
Saturday at 5pm I called to see if it was there. The guy who I talked to checked the front bar then asked if I knew which bar I left it at. I told him I was at the back bar.
Are a brief hold asked my last name them he confirmed my first name and middle initial listed on the card. My card was in fact there. He told me their doors were unlocked and they opened at 7 and I could stop by whenever.
Later that night I went to the bar to collect my card. It was pretty busy like a usual Saturday night.
No one had any idea where my card was. I attempted to explain the situation and who I talked to on the phone but they would not listen, and actually sent the bouncers to escort me out.
So don't forget your debit card here or a staff member will steal it and have your escorted out when you try to ask them for it.
