In the morning on Feb. 13 2017, I met a team of nurses and their names were Shelby & Effula. Both were busy cleaning my client who was admitted at the hospital, they changed all the sheets under him and thoroughly handled him as compared to the previous day. Everything was done with such efficiency and effectiveness. They were empathic and compassionate which resonates their profession.
There walked in a different team, and this was the lead doctor and her team, She talked with my client and asked various questions to best understand his needs, I was flattered by such a humility. You could sense the prompting to give my client the best of service. Such display of care and knowledge, efficiency and effectiveness will put American healthcare delivery system to be second to none.
