Y'all. Richard is the man. My Taylor was broken beyond repair from being mishandled by airline services while traveling internationally and i brought it alllll over Phoenix and NO ONE wanted to take it in or even attempt to repair it. Every single guitar repair center i went to told me it was a lost cause and i should just get a new guitar. Not Mr. Beck. Not only did he take it in, he took his time and carefully repaired every single crack. The entire process took 6 months (i told you, it's bad) and my Taylor came back beautifully. Obviously you would still be able to see the patched cracks but Mr. Beck brought my otherwise unplayable, broken guitar back to life. He even priced it extra reasonably because of the time it took to repair it. I couldn't thank him or recommend him more.
