I used Carpet Monkeys to clean an area rug that had year old pet odors. I've cleaned it several times and was afraid nothing would get the smell out. The price was very reasonable and Rick was prompt. Afterward I could still detect a slight odor and called Rick. He was back the next day at no extra charge! The smell is completely gone. He even called me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied! You don't get that kind of service in Vegas. I will surely use him again and refer him.
