So after reading the reviews for this place a few weeks back, I decided to wait to write my own review after I visited the business a few times. To start,I am unsure when this business changed hands or was sold to the current owner, but I have been to this location prior to it being sold and under it's current ownership. I was not a fan when it first opened. I can not give an honest review because it was several years ago but things have changed. I actually stopped going here a few years back but a friend of mine recommend I give it another try. After a few visits here is my four star rating.
The location is great for those on the west side or should I say FAR WEST SIDE! Close by is a great bowling alley try the adult lanes, it is a good night out with friends. I appreciate the customer service here. From the ticket sales to concessions everyone has been friendly and accommodating. During one trip I observed someone return a pretzel, who does that.... Without hesitation the concession person gladly "baked" up another one. More than the replacement pretzel, I appreciated the attitude the employee displayed during the process. As I have mentioned in many of my reviews customer service is a dying art!
Prices here are comparable, but they have way more deals depending on the day than I remember at any other movie spot. I also noticed they have great discounts for military and law enforcement. In these times those folks need all the support they can get! As a supporter, I appreciate the gesture.
Having been to a few movies here I like the smaller theaters. This makes for better sound quality. Overall, the place is really clean. The sound and screen presentations are top notch. Can't ask for much else. You may ask why no five stars???? I will save those for my next trip down town to the dinner and drinks theater. Won't mention the name but that's the way it goes. Serve alcohol and dinner during a movie, how can you beat that?
Good job to these folks! I hope my experience is the norm, as the reviews don't show that. If so this place will be fine. I will be a regular here if I keep having the same luck with my visits.
