I found Mr. Cooker at a first Friday's event after moving to Las Vegas a few months ago. Ever since discovering them, I've been craving their patacones (beef) and pepito sandwiches (steak). The staff has always been fun and very nice. I've never had Venezuelan food before discovering their truck. I wish they had a permanent location so I that wouldn't have to chase them all around town. I guess it's been worth it though because I met my current girlfriend at one of the Summerlin farmer's markets. I'm not saying that Mr. Cooker is a chick magnet, but I sure haven't had any problems.
