Extremely disappointed with this facility! I made my son an appointment for a school sports physical and 1 1/2 hours before his appointment, the facility called me to cancel because THEY had him scheduled with the adults department, not the pediatrics department. I took off from work to attend this appointment, I made the appointment in advance, and they even called to confirm the appointment the day before! They were rude, unaccommodating and did nothing to make it right, even though this was their mistake! I am beyond frustrated by their lack of professionalism! This facility needs to be trained in the department of customer service!
