I brought my dog here on Friday for the basic grooming package. I had called earlier in the week and they said they could work her in even though they usually take appointments about 2 weeks in advance. You really don't get to see much of the place when you drop the dog off. Normally that would make me nervous, but I was going based on personal recommendations from people I trust who have been taking their dogs here for years, so I let it go. Her appointment was for 10am, they said she'd probably be done around 12 or 1pm, and they'd call when she was ready. They called about 11:45am to say she was done. She was happy and clean when I picked her up. I just realized upon writing this review that they charged me the "large dog" price for my 40lb dog, who is usually classified as medium. I might ask about it the next time I take her in, but it won't stop me from going back.
