Where to start?? We had a home built in Las Vegas by our daughters high school and moved in April of 2016.
We had minor issues and just fixed them ourselves. The turn over in their staff was horrible 5 maintenance people in about 10 months. So now the bigger problems are showing. The upstairs AC unit was just blowing heat no AC. We turned it off and callled Woodside the next day. They said that we only had a one year warranty on the AC units. There are three on our house. Woodside said to call the AC company that installed the units. We called them and they said the units only have a 1 year warranty. Even a cheap new car has a better warranty. Don't buy a home from a cheap builder like Woodside homes.
