Lets see.. First I showed them all of the work i needed done and they quoted me a price. Then after they had the wheels off my truck they changed the price and almost doubled it. What ever, in for a penny in for a pound. Then when they were done they had gouged 3 of the 4 rims i had them put on my truck. When i pointed this out they accused me of trying to rip them off and tried to accuse me of lying to them and that the damage was pre-existing. After much arguing and me having to show them photographic proof that the rims were not damaged prior to their employees installation of the tires the owner/manager and I came to a resolution to resolve the conflict. The problem is that even after that the owner/manager kept trying to change the condition of the agreement and kept trying to negotiate the conditions. He kept arguing and was argumentative and accusatory towards me. His employees broke MY property. I came to him to spend my money at his shop and his employees screwed up. Instead of being apologetic and trying to resolve the situation he was a complete A-hole. I get he wasn't going to make money in this situation and may actually lose money but that was not this customers fault. As it turns out i was out an additional 400 dollars because i had to go out and buy more rims and tires. So I was also out money in this whole thing. We both lost today because his employees screwed up. Moral of the story? Do you have a nice vehicle with rims you care about? Dont go here! They might jack up your rims. if you you do. Double check your rims before you leave. Plus note? The manager did make me whole. He did what he said what he was going to do. He is a man of his word. However he will do so while treating you like you are ripping him off and being a complete A-hole after his employees broke your stuff. user beware.
