Wow! We came here to get passports for our family of 4. We couldn't get appointments with any other facilities for at least 3 weeks. We came in here as walkins without appointments. We waited less than an hour, they were incredibly helpful, and customer service was great! My kids were happy that there was a little snack bar with a funny guy working. The security was all very nice too! We live closer to another court office but will definitely return to this one if we need anything in the future. Thanks so much!
