We had a great experience here yesterday. My wife and I went in to buy something that we have wanted for a long time but there are lots of components to decide between. Sean (you weren't wearing a name tag so I apologize if I chose the wrong spelling) took a significant amount of time and helped us through every decision. He was very helpful and obviously very knowledgeable. We got everything we wanted and overall had a great experience.
