I will start trying to find other airports to fly into from Mexico. 2-stars because the woman at American Airlines customer service was amazing! She was able to get my husband and I seats together on our anniversary trip to Mexico.
0-stars for coming back. Customs agents have to be diligent, but really. No one can smile. Say "have a good day." Really? The one agent asked if I had anything to declare. I said "No. Well, except that I can 'declare' that I had a great time!" Looks down. Stoic expression.
TSA- "Take EVERYTHING out of your pockets. Not even a tissue!" Really? That's a thing? Where is that in the handbook? Nowhere, except the power-trip guide for people who are always angry. I get it. Hard job, always on the defensive, but we're HUMANS. Not cattle.
