DONT GO! DONT GO! DONT GO!
I had so many problems with them you won't even believe!!!
1st I walk into the shop for my appointment and no one greeted me I'm standing there for a min until Mama the lady that going to be doing my hair say's something.
2nd Week before my appointment I text her a picture of what I want and I ask how much will it cost she text me back $85 I show up to the shop for my appointment, Mama ask want style are we doing I reshow her the exact some picture of what i texted her, Mama starts quoting me $135 a different price than what she text me. I said that's not the price you text me when booking my appointment she's then says you were texting my sister not me, I show her the text her sister sent me that it would cost $85 she says fine Ill charge you $85!
3rd After getting the price situated she take me to the back to starts washing my hair the wash literally take three minutes which cost $25 when I get in her chair she starts blowdry my hair it was the worst blow dry ever it like she was pulled out my hair she so rough I mean the whole time I was clenching the chair handles. Note I am natural I've been natural for 5+ years and I've got many blowdry's and it's never hurt that bad!
4th after all that she starts braiding my hair and the braids are so heavy and tight my head is throbbing she's almost finished when I asked to go to the bathroom I'm looking in the bathroom mirror in shock its nothing like I asked for!!!! I go back to her chair and I tell her this is not what I asked for she says because you're hair is natural I asked have you ever worked with natural hair before she says yes but if you want cornrows/feed in braids you should have a perm or freshly flat iron hair but what makes me so mad is that I asked her in the text messages how do you want me to come with my hair she said she'll wash and blow dry. So I had her take out the braids she just done for the last painful hour while she's taking it out the braids she says If you come back with your hair flat iron I can do a better job!

She finishes taking out the braid, she says well I'm still going to charge you for the wash and blow dry its going to be $25 I hand her a $20 and a $10 and she had the nerve to ask me can i keep the change because i didn't have any $5 bills to break it! I said I want my change (normally I wouldn't care about the change but I was too mad about my hair) so left worse then I came in because the shampoo dried out my hair! Crazy part of the thing when leaving I see Mama grabbing the hair she just take out of my head and giving it to her next client!!!!! word of advice don't waste your time or your money on this nonsense!
