Stay clear of this company. Initial problem: Low hot water pressure at kitchen sink. All other sinks ok. Day one: didn't show up on time. Called after waiting for 5 hours. Technician: "Can we reschedule?" Nope, come over. Guy clearly didn't know what was going on. . .took a guess at the problem, said he'd be back next day with a "cartridge". Day two: Installs cartridge, doesn't fix problem. Wife asks, "Do you want to go to the attic to check the water pressure coming to the faucet?" Technician, "I'd rather not." What?!?!? Says it may require a whole new faucet. . .have to get approval. Puts faucet back together and leaves. Faucet has a trickle on both cold AND hot. IOW, this technician made matters worse. Told home warranty company (which is another 1 star company) that this company is not allowed back on my property. Looking for a new plumber. . . .
