Is there a review of less than one? I was Century Links customer for 19 years. I sold my house and moved in with a friend. I have been asking for my refund for 4 months now. Interesting, if I owed them for 4 months, my service would have been disconnected. These people have given me the run around every time I've called. Right now I've been on hold for 18 minutes and a lady answers in financial services, but she can't help me because she's in Arizona and I'm in Nevada. I've had to listen to their bs messages and bad music for 20 minutes now. She transferred me to an automated line and I'm still trying to get a person to talk to me.
