This nail shop is extremely unfriendly. I walked in the nail shop & stood at the entrance for 3 minutes before anyone greeted me. They were busy, however there were two nail techs carrying a conversation and not with clients.
I was looking to buy a mani & pedi gift card for my mother. After waiting a few minutes the woman that was talking asked if she could help, I asked for her to explain the mani/pedi specials and she did. I had decided on the $45 package and the male she was talking to walked up to her as I was getting ready to buy the gift card. She then walked away with him.
Another nail tech saw me just standing there waiting to get helped and asked if I needed anything thing. I just told her never mind. I refuse to pay for terrible service. I could only imagine how they would of treated my mom if I sent her there as a gift. VERY POOR SERVICE!
I went to the nail shop down the street and was treated Very well.
