I had such a great experience with Jeremy at AM PM! We had had a brand new hot water heater installed by Parker and Sons a few months ago. The tech from Parker's told us we needed a new pump for the instant hot too and I said the pump isn't broken why would I replace it until it is. So the very next day (coincidentally) we have no instant hot water. So I called our home warranty company and they sent out JEREMY FROM AM PM. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately that Parkers had installed the valve backwards on purpose just they could sell us a pump!!! Man there is no end to the scams!!! Thank you Jeremy for going the extra mile and being honest!
