I went there to try out the unlimited racing. Finding the venue is a little bit challenging.
Being indoors the use of electric karts was great as there were no fumes. The other benefit was that there were radio controlled so if an incident occurred, the staff were able to slow down the karts, making it very safe. The track was fun and challenging, data provided on each race was clear and concise.
Some variations occur in the karts. Some have a bit more zip,some have less grip and some seem to have lighter and smoother steering. You don't know until you drive them.
The 6 hours of unlimited racing is broken up and your break in between races really depends upon how busy it is. There is plenty to do in between races too. The bar has some good deals on food and drinks and there are slot cars and arcade machines to play around with.
It really is quite physical. The day after racing I am a little sore. Hence, having the breaks in between races is a good thing.
The business seems to have chosen their staff really well. Everyone was super friendly. I cannot wait until I return for more fun!!!
