A wonderful experience for our pups! Laura was a pleasure to work with, answered my many questions by phone, and she accommodated our late arrival from Los Angeles on a Saturday to drop off our dogs while we visited Scottsdale. The staff is so friendly and they really seem to care. The facility has great outdoor play yards and very clean indoor pet rooms. Our dogs will stay at Scottsdale Pet Hotel whenever we come back to Scottsdale.
