when we first moved in the apartment wasn't bad. It wasn't until we tried to move out that we had major problems with office staff. They made our moving experience as bad as they possibly could, and tried to charge us fees for no reason. We decided to move out because they are making no upgrades to the units other than cosmetic fixes (new ceiling fan, and crappy spray counter tops), but are raising the rent to be comparable to the NEW apartments in the area. Anyway, the day we vacated the unit all of the office staff had attitudes with us, and then they said they would charge us for an extra day because the office is now closed on Sundays (the day our lease was up)! The office is ALWAYS closed. If they say they close at 5pm, you better be there before 430 because I can guarantee they wont be there at 450. Also they close for lunch at different times every day so good luck trying to pick up a package between 12 and 3pm. It's just awful. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
